We do our best to keep all items in stock and ship within 24 hours of your order placement.   

Shipping Times:  As an authorized retailer of these products we do our best to keep inventory levels available and our website up to date.  If we sell out of an item and you purchase it before we can update our website we will ship your package as fast as we can and if for some reason the item is no longer available we would promptly give you a full refund.  If an item is on backorder we will immediately notify you if there are any shipping delays that will be longer than a 5 day delay.

We take several forms of payment: Credit Cards, PayPal, Pay with Amazon, and Apple Pay.  

International Orders.  Most of our items are not shipped outside the United States.  for the limited items we do ship customer need to allow time for deliver as customs is typically the cause for any delays and we have no control or ability to track your package once it leaves us.  

International Buyers – Please Note:                    

for the very limited amount of items we ship internationally the Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.  If you have any questions please email us at customerservice@discounthorsesupplies.com.


Insurance limits for international orders:  If you would like to have your shipment insured email us at customerservice@discounthorsesupplies.com  and we may be able to help with this special request.  Be aware that some countries have limits on the amount of insurance that can be purchased.  Please ensure you understand what the limits of your country will be.  Not all countries will allow insurance.  We can also send your package registered mail if you would like to buy that service. 

Returns:  Returns and order cancelations prior to shipment are costly and inconvenient for both the customer and retailer.  We would prefer to help you in advance if you need advice or sizing assistance so you do not have to return or cancel your item.  It is our policy to look after our customers and only ship brand new products which have never been used or touched a horse. For this reason, returns will not be accepted for any item that was used or placed on a horse.  This policy ensures no disease is spread from one horse to another and ensures our customers that only new items will be received.  If you desire to return an unused and unopened item you will need to obtain a return authorization from us and directions on where to ship it prior to your return.  Once the item is received and verified to be unopened and unused we will promptly refund the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges and any fees that are not refunded back to us when we issue the refund (special note to customers using Paypal, they no longer refund the fees they charge to process your payment so we will now have to deduct those fees from any refund.  We are not tryin to make any money on an refund or cancelation; only recouping what we've been charged.  Here is a discussion of Paypals new policy on issuing refunds of fees for refunds to customers. We also can not lose money on what we paid to ship the item if a customer returns it so items shipped under a *free shipping promotion will be refunded the purchase prices less our actuall shipping & handling costs to ship the item.   After obtaining a return authorization the buyer would be responsible for return shipping costs and the proper packaging and insurance of the item for return.  Refunds will not be issued for used or damaged merchandise.  The  customer has 5 calendar days after receipt to inform us of any desire to return an unopened and unused item.  In short, we only deduct what we are charged to ship the item and what we've been charged to process the order that we are not refunded so that we are not taking a loss to accept a return or order cancelation. 

Free Shipping*: The Free Shipping on orders of $99 or more offer is valid for Economy Shipping only in the 48 contiguous states of the Unitied States and you'll see the option for free shipping once you put your address in and prior to payment. Please note that due to carrier restrictions, some products shipping to the 48 contiguous states must be sent via Ground Shipping and may not be available for Economy Shipping. Reduced shipping offers do not apply to some oversized products if stated within the product description. Order total excludes taxes and shipping (if applicable). Promotional Shipping discounts that apply to the order total will be reflected  automatically at checkout so the buyer will know the total price before paying.  Please note, you will not see the free shipping option until you place your address in during checkout; you may see an 'estimated shipping screen and once you input your address you'll see the free shipping option for qualifying orders prior to payment.  Some products will be excluded from discounts due to manufacturer guidelines. All shipping offers are while supplies last and may not be applied to any other promotional offers or discounts, applied to previous orders or to Business to Business orders. Due to market changes or circumstances beyond our control, all prices are subject to change without notice. Oversized items may be subject to additional shipping fees which will be disclosed prior to purchase if applicable. We at Discount Horse Supplies are not responsible for any typographical errors.
