Application Instructions:

1. Grasp outer ends of support and position lumbar pad at the small of the back. 
2. Stretch out both ends, wrapping longer non-hook end across your body. 
3. Align the hook end and attach the hook fasteners securely. 
4. Center lumbar pad at the small of the back. 
5. Grasp both side-pulls simultaneously and attach hook fasteners to front of support.

Washing Instructions: To clean, simply hand wash with a mild detergent in lukewarm, not hot, water. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue, which can cause skin irritation or may deteriorate neoprene. Towel off excess moisture and allow to air dry.

Persons with known susceptibility to dermatitis or with broken skin should avoid direct contact between this material and the skin. Small segments of users may develop an allergy.
